Wholesalers/ Retailers:
Our payment term is 28 working days, however we urge our business partners to pay 30% upfront of the value of goods ordered.
The remaining 70% balance will be paid within 28 working days. If the payment is made before the official payment date the Calool Ltd will offer you 3% discount.
Once an order is confirmed, the customer is obliged to accept delivery, pay the agreed price and adhere to the payment terms of the order.
Title of the goods remains with Calool Limited until payment is made in full.
All orders below £1,000 plus VAT will require 100% payment before despatch for all customers, except those who have 28 day accounts.
The goods must be retained in unused condition and the cost of any loss or damage will be borne by the customer.
Whilst the products supplied bear the Calool brand logo the customer cannot contend to represent or make any commitment on behalf of Calool organisation
Whilst every effort will be made to deliver orders within the 7 week lead time, it does not remain contractual.
Calool Limited reserves the right to split the supply of the ordered goods into more than one delivery.
Calool Limited reserves the right to perform credit checks on all customers and request payment of an order in full BEFORE the order will be progressed.
Bespoke garments are made to order based on customer confirmation of the order details. Refunds / Returns for bespoke orders will only be done whereby Calool Ltd has failed to comply with the confirmed customer order instructions or the product is faulty.
Notification of an order issue must be made to Calool Ltd within 72 hours of order receipt.
Refunds/Returns on stock garments purchased must be made within 7 days of receipt. All items must be returned as sold; in a resaleable condition, in their original packaging, swing tags and tickets attached and unused.
If you wish to return an item but are unable to meet the above requirements, Calool cannot accept the item back.
We also regret that delivery charges or carriage cannot be refunded for returned items (unless returned due to a fault with the product) and an additional charge of £4.50. |
Refund and Delivery Policy
All products sold by Calool Limited are guaranteed to be durable and reliable.
Should any product you purchase from us prove to be unsatisfactory in use due to defective workmanship or faulty material, we will repair it, replace it with an equivalent product (if available), or give you a full refund.
Your statutory rights are not affected
With our standard delivery service you should receive your goods within 7 working days, but please allow up to 14 days before contacting our dispatch service.
A certain number of products will take longer than 7 working days to be delivered depending on ordered quantity.
Orders are delivered to the address of the account holder unless an alternative delivery address is specified. If you would like your goods to be sent to a different address please ensure that you complete the Delivery Address section (including full postcode) on your order form, provide the details to the operator if ordering by telephone or amend the relevant section when ordering via the Internet.
